Portland's Eco Trust site in the Pearl District provided the restored backdrop to a savvy, sophisticated, but casual gathering. Our team provided all florals and event staging incorporating the father of the bride's hand hewn log centerpieces, lots of evergreen and pastels - emphasizing the bride's timber heritage. The multicultural family of the groom was the inspiration for the combination of family style seating/serving and open seating. We included a fun and fabulous bourbon tasting station, acknowledging the couple's bourbon whisky blog and passion. Our team delivered a night of dreams under a starry summer sky.
The florals emphasized the architectural setting with succulents and native twigs and grass juxtaposed with the creamy curves of dahlia, ranunculus, and garden roses. The floral statement and integrated staging combined new and vintage, urban and country, east and west, uniting a family, a place, and multiple generations.
