Laurelhurst Historic Home
STORY: Our clients purchased a fixer in historic Laurelhurst, Portland, Oregon. After clients stripped wallpaper and painted, they sought help with the long narrow empty living room, and hoped to include some personal items and art from their travels.
SCOPE: Amy and Gilan furnished the empty living room, keeping the original fireplace. The finished living space included storage and display of owners' personal belongings, relaxing leather chairs, custom love seats, new tables, art, rug, pillows, textiles, and décor, creating a new traditional living space. We refreshed the adjoining family room with color coordinated accent pieces, floral, art and textiles. The two spaces now unite this growing family's most frequented rooms.
