Michigan Lake House
STORY: Our client purchased a builder grade condo on a drive-by - without even entering the unit. In this rapidly growing vacation home market, Amy and Gilan came to the rescue, getting the condo ready for the busy summer rental season.
SCOPE: EVERYTHING! We furnished the entire condo, creating additional sleeping space with a Murphy bed in a queen bedroom, sleeping for 4; a large king bedroom, all bathrooms, living, dining, and kitchen, right down to the fully stocked drawers. Using the city's 4th of July Cherry Festival as inspiration and integrating local artists and online purchasing, our designers selected a red, white, and blue Americana theme. We created a family and dog friendly retreat for the owner, and a thoughtful short term rental for guests.
