TVC Condo - Design Approach

Our design approach is a mix of careful planning, and on-site problem solving. Since we fly into the space, without having viewed it in person, we plan with photos, floor plans, and familiarity with the setting. We are very committed to to scale drawings to help make selections of furniture. Upon arrival, we are both challenged and inspired by the three dimensional space. We notice niches that can be a functional vignette at the entry, and see the actual layout in person, which causes us to sometimes shift furniture from the plan to a new location.
