Staging a Mid Century Ranch

On a tight timeline, we prepared a run of the mill Milwaukie ranch rental for sale as a mid century ranch redo. A limited budget concentrated our effort on lighting, a complete kitchen remodel, and furnishing the main room for maximum impact upon entry. Collaborating with Home Run Innovations, LLC, as general contractor, we prepared the property from dreary to dreamy in 9 days. We know buyers decide on a home within the first 6 seconds. We refreshed the front door, yard, and managed a small kitchen gut and replacement. New lighting throughout, and staging the recently remodel baths added more buyer appeal. A mix of vintage and new furnishings in the front room wowed potential buyers. An offer above ask was accepted in 4 days!
