Petaluma SubDivision Farmhouse

Petaluma inspires country views and charming architecture. When our client purchased a twenty year old stucco subdivision home with lines of a European farmhouse, we went all in with the renovation - staged over two periods of time. Our first task was to resurface the bones of the house - all the surfaces, floors, walls, lighting. We renovated with busy family life of dogs and grandkids in mind. Then we furnished to accommodate multiple guest rooms, using some existing antiques and treasured belongings. We wrapped up Phase 1 with 2 bathroom and laundry room make overs. Phase 2 begins in 2020 with kitchen and finally master bathroom complete renovations.
